A blast from the past..

What have I been up to today? Well, my day started insanely early with me waking up when my fiancé was getting ready for work this morning, and I tried my best to go back to sleep when he had left. Unfortunately I failed, and after playing with my phone for almost three hours I figured I could just as well get up and out of bed. I do not function too early in the morning. It's horrible. My body refuses to obey me, and just about everything hurts. So what have I done today? I've been online shopping. Nothing new, you say? No, not more makeup. I've ordered a few tins of Crazy Aaron's Thinking Putty!

Crazy Aaron's Thinking PuttyI've been trying to think of something that could be used to train my fingers and hands lately. It's not that I think I'm gonna build muscles or anything, but it's no secret I'm afraid to lose what little strength I have left. I'd die without the possibility to use my hands. A good friend of mine recommended I'd try out a Metolius Grip Saver Plus, which is a ball that you squeeze in your hand. I got the softest one, but I had no chance of squeezing it. At all. Thankfully I was able to return it, so no money was wasted. So I started thinking about the play dough that we used to have as kids, and I suddenly remembered a kind of 'putty' given to me by a physical therapist once. I then remembered buying something called Silly Putty when I was in the US back in 2002, and I figured I could go on eBay to have a look. Whatever's not on eBay is not worth owning. And I scored! Not only did I find Silly Putty in all kinds of shape and color, but I also found Crazy Aaron's Puttyworld. Amazeballs! It was exactly what I was looking for, and I decided to go a head and order a couple of tins. I got «Liquid Glass», «Strange Attractor», and three smaller tins with Illusions (color shifting), Glow in the Dark and Hypercolor (heat sensitive) Thinking Putty. Fun! My packages are already shipped, so I hope I get them soon.

Apart from that I don't have much more to rant about, I'm just too tired. I do have a few more things to tell you about, but that's for another blog post.
