KVD: droolworthy?

I've mentioned Kat Von D earlier, when she launched her makeup collection with Sephora. I managed to put my lemmings to rest by staying away from Sephora, but since they're now having an ongoing "Friends & Family Sale" which gives you 20% off the total order, I ventured back to have a quick look. It doesn't really matter, since Sephora doesn't ship outside of the US, but you know.. I just can't help myself. So, what did I discover? There's a new member in the Kat Von D True Romance collection! The new palette is called "True Romance", and of course is a LE. Oh, the lemmings. I'm pretty sure all the colors can be duped by M·A·C, or some other e/s brand, but the complete look of these palettes is enthralling to me.

Ever since I discovered the KVD brand I've been eyeballing the "Metal Orchestra" (also LE) palette with its gorgeous blues, but also "Beethoven" which looks like a pretty all-round palette to me. There are also two other palettes in this collection, "Ludwig" (permanent) which consists of different browns, and "Gypsy" (LE) which is mainly yellows and greens. The two latter doesn't look very appealing to me, so I didn't bother with posting pictures of them. They all cost $34 from Sephora, which would be about 190,- NOK according to today's exchange rate, so if you have a friend or relative over there and want to get one or more of these palettes, now is the time. Sephora offers 20% off through November 1st when you use the code: FF2009.

Oh well, I guess I'll just keep on drooling..
